Our Office Policy Regarding Payment Options:

We believe that it is important to provide both the highest quality dentistry and to make this care affordable for our patients. We offer various payment options which allows paying for your dentistry to be convenient and flexible.
After your initial visit with us, a consult appointment will be made to discuss the conditions present and the most satisfactory treatment plan for you. At this time fees are discussed, available payment plans are presented for patients with or without dental insurance, and all financial arrangements are completed. Payments are usually expected at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made.

Dental Insurance:

The amount of benefits you receive is determined by your employer, union or insurance company. Any dollar amount a plan reimburses for dental services is determined by the amount your employer has paid for the plan. The premiums you pay and the benefits you receive are directly related and vary from plan to plan.
Many insurance plans state that your coverage is based on a fixed percentage of usual, customary and reasonable fees which is not intended to coincide exactly with our usual fees, although it may. In some cases services you require will not be covered by the carrier.
Our practice participates with most dental insurance plans and as a courtesy we will file the claim for you. However, please be aware that most dental insurances will not cover 100% of most dental fees. It is the responsibility of the patient to know their individual dental plan benefits and limitations.
Your treatment should not be governed by your insurance contract, but by the necessary treatment plan for your optimal dental health.
Our office fees are based upon a combination of our costs, our time and our constant dedication to supplying our patients with the highest quality dental care.

Payment Options:

  • Payment in full with cash, personal check or credit card. Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover
  • Equally divided payments - the total estimated treatment cost is divided by the approximate number of visits.
  • Prosthetics: If prosthetic treatment is involved i.e. crowns, bridges or dentures, payment will be divided into three payments of either: one half or one third at initial appointment; a second payment half way through treatment and the third payment on or before time of insertion.
  • Care Credit: With Care Credit you can finance 100% of your dental care with no upfront fees, no annual fees and no pre-payment penalty. You can pay low monthly payments. A simple application is submitted to acquire instant response from Care Credit. Please ask for a brochure at the front desk.
  • Patients with Dental Insurance:At your consult appointment our staff will provide an estimate of what your insurance is expected to cover.  The remaining balance will be the patient's responsibility which may be paid using one of the above options. Please remember that it is ONLY an estimate of your insurance benefits and may be adjusted by the benefits available at the time the services are rendered and claim is processed by your dental insurance company.

We hope this information has been helpful and we welcome and encourage your questions and concerns.
The doctors and our dental team will welcome you into the practice and will gladly assist you in any way we can.
